BBCO is seeking a Project Architect to join our team and contribute to our mission of creating elegantly efficient and creatively pragmatic spaces.

Position: Project Architect
Qualifications:
· Professional degree in architecture
· Six or more years of professional experience
· Licensed architect certification required
· Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD required
· Proficiency in Sketchup and Adobe Suites desired but not required
Responsibilities:
· Participate in conceptual design and provide full support throughout entire projects
· Serve as a subject matter expert on specialized systems
· Liaise with project management, architectural staff, and consultants
· Develop and represent lead technical viewpoints on projects
· Coordinate with Senior Project Managers on technical solutions and product strategies
· Investigate, evaluate, and recommend design solutions that meet client needs
· Provide professional architectural consultation for a variety of project sizes and types, ranging from renovations to large complex new-build facilities
· Apply advanced architectural concepts and designs independently
· Carry out complex assignments requiring development of new or improved techniques
· Provide technical guidance to less experienced architects
· Coordinate and write specifications for small to medium sized projects
· Develop architectural cost estimates for small to medium sized projects

Compensation:
Our salaries are based on the AIA Salary Calculator and are within the range of each pay bracket for qualifications to ensure equitable and fair compensation for all team members.
This position aligns with Architect Level II and has a salary range of $77,570 - $94,480. Exact salary will be presented in the offer letter based on interviewing a successful candidate. We provide medical, dental and vision insurance, Short-term and long-term disability, 401(k) plan, parking and PTO/holidays as part of the overall benefits package.
