Jeffrey Park Walk-Ups

Jeffrey Park is a large residential development in the vicinity of the Short North Arts District & Italian Village in Columbus Ohio. Built over various phases, BBCO design played a variety of roles including Facade Design, Design Architect & Architect of Record on various phases of the development.

BBCO was approached to design varying facades for this part of the development. The project had 8 individual 3 story buildings with identical floor plans however needed to have distinct identities. We developed 3 variations of facades in 2 color options. By arranging them strategically on site, we managed to create sufficient variation in design to create a varied streetscape.
