The View on Fifth Clubhouse

The first phase of a large two phase project in the Grandview area of Columbus Ohio, this project is comprised of a 5 building 132 apartment unit development. The complex is comprised of a mixture of one and two bedroom units designed in a distinctive modern aesthetic featuring large windows, efficient open floor plans and upscale finishes to appeal to a largely Millennial clientele.

We designed the clubhouse building for this development to compliment the apartment buildings it serves. The aesthetic is congruent with the context in that it shares the shed roofs, cement board and corrugated metal exteriors of the adjacent buildings. It features a second story outdoor deck in front of an large glass wall enclosed gathering space. The building also houses a fitness center & leasing offices.
