The View on Fifth - Phase 2

Designed as a second phase the overall project, this building comprises of a podium style 6 story structure with an amenity deck, parking garage & retail frontage. The residential portion of the building houses 153 units and has 16500 sf of retail spaces.

BBCO Design was responsible for the initial planning & zoning analysis of the project and designed the building facades to maintain consistent branding with Phase 1 of the development.
